Ordering

The VALOR store displays available products and accepts purchase requests. Check the product, package, quantity, price and address before confirmation. Keep the order reference shown on the thank-you page. Registration in the system acknowledges receipt; the team may contact you to confirm details, availability and delivery.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. The checkout summary shows products, delivery, discount and the total before submission. Delivery charges depend on the selected area and current settings. Undisclosed charges require your information and agreement. Cash payment is available as shown at checkout. Visa / Mastercard marked coming soon is currently inactive. Do not put card details in order notes.

Delivery and availability

Supported areas, fees and timing appear on the delivery and checkout pages. If no time is specified, the team confirms it with you. Supply a clear address and reachable phone number. If an order cannot be fulfilled, stock is unavailable or a material pricing error occurs, we contact you about alternatives or cancellation and settlement of any payment. We do not substitute a product without your agreement.

Food and allergens

Read each product’s ingredients, allergen and storage information. Contact us before ordering if you have allergies, special dietary needs or unclear information. Images illustrate products and presentation can vary. Follow supplied storage instructions and expiry information. Do not consume a product you suspect is unsafe.

Accounts and tracking

Provide accurate information and protect account credentials. Track orders using the order reference and associated mobile, or through your account where available. Do not misuse the store, submit false details or attempt to access another customer’s orders.

Cancellation, returns and rights

The store’s published returns policy applies. These terms do not restrict rights granted by Egyptian law. Contact us to seek a resolution; you retain access to competent authorities.
