Scope and order information

This policy covers VALOR store visitors and customers. Orders collect your name, mobile, address, delivery area, landmark, notes and email if supplied. We also retain purchased items, quantities, totals and order status. Provide only information needed for communication and delivery.

Accounts and saved details

You can purchase without creating an account. If you create one after checkout in the same session, we link the latest order, its details and address to that account. Independent registration requests contact and address details. Passwords are stored as hashes; we do not need your original password. Your saved address can help prefill a later order when signed in.

Use and access

We use information to confirm, prepare and deliver orders, support customers, administer accounts and prevent fraud. Authorized administrators may access it. Order details may be sent to the corporate website’s notification service and then the administration email. Necessary delivery details may be shared with those carrying out delivery. Hosting, email and support providers receive necessary service access. We may comply with legally binding disclosure requests. We do not sell customer information or automatically subscribe purchasers to marketing.

Payment and browser storage

Actual payment methods are shown at checkout. The Visa / Mastercard option marked coming soon is inactive; the store does not collect card numbers or card details. Session, language and account cookies and local cart storage support functionality. Form protection and order tracking use technical records to prevent abuse. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. External services have their own policies.

Retention, security and rights

We retain order and account records as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting or legal obligations and disputes. Appropriate safeguards are used, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. You may request access, correction, deletion or objection under applicable law, with identity verification. Some records may need to remain for legal reasons. Do not share your order reference with untrusted people.
